St Georges Day Parade

Happy St George’s Day

Emsworth is a long time champion of St George’s Day and 2014 was no exception. On the 23rd April, troops from 47 Regiment Royal Artillery were greeted by hearty cheers and flag waving from the hundreds gathered to watch the parade. This year’s parade was something of a farewell with 47 Regiment leaving their Thorney Island base for Larkhill in Wiltshire.
